Collince founded Chanjo Plus in Sept 2015. Influenced by his experience as a vaccination volunteer, Collince had felt both a need for, and seen a market for, effective vaccination management alternative to ensure that every child effectively adhered to full immunization schedule. Collince brings broad experience from Marketing and Product development sectors combined with a human-centered design framework to make sure that Chanjo Plus creates products and services that will delight patients and be sustainable. As CEO, Collince leads strategic planning, partnership development and fundraising strategy at Chanjo Plus.
Collince holds a B.Com (Marketing) degree from the University of Nairobi. His work has been recognized by the Weserwelle Foundation, the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme and the Social Entrepreneurship Forum-Sweden. He has spoken globally about the Chanjo Plus model.
